We want you to be happy with your Campbell Pottery.

If your pottery does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days. You must pay the return shipping back to us. We recommend a carrier with tracking and insurance features, as we will not be liable for any losses. Pottery must be unused, have a copy of the original receipt included, and arrive in perfect condition.

Please remember that pottery is breakable and must be adequately padded and boxed. We recommend that a professional service pack for you if you do not have the materials and experience to do it yourself. Also, insure the piece. Broken items will not be refunded. The original shipping charge is not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. The refund must be the same method of payment used to purchase the piece.

We only accept returns purchased directly from us, within the 30 day window. If you have received Campbell Pottery (shipped by us) as a gift, it can only be exchanged for another piece of pottery. This can be inconvenient, as the gift pottery must be properly packed and shipped, and arrive to us in perfect condition, as above. As a last resort, you can always admit to your gift giver that you do not want the pottery and have them take care of it.
