Before you order

Because some of our pottery is heavier than mass produced ceramic ware from a gigantic company, we recommend purchasing one plate or bowl before committing to a service for 12, for example. We recommend this for your own peace of mind. It is a lot of money, packing, and shipping for us to send you a large order, If you are not happy, we both feel bad, and it’s a real headache for you to ship back on your own.

We may wrap single small items in layers of foam, bubble wrap, and/or paper egg crates for proper cushioning.

Multiple pieces and larger works may be heat shrink wrapped to a special cardboard and suspended in a larger box so no pottery can touch the sides of the box or anything else but the cushioning and packing material. We have very good results with our packing techniques. In the unfortunate event that there would be any breakage during shipping, please notify us immediately. Keep the broken pieces and the packing materials and boxes until we can notify the carrier. We may need photographs to record the damage. We will keep in contact with you, and will replace the broken pottery as quickly as possible.

We ship orders within the continental United States, Fed Ex ground, fully insured.

Items in stock will be on their way generally within two business days. It can take 7 to 10 days for your package to reach you depending on how far you are from us. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Orders received after 10 am Friday will be shipped on Monday. We are open to help you by phone from 8:30 to 3:30 Monday through Friday except for major holidays, the first two weeks of July, and the week between Christmas and New Years. Any concerns or questions after hours may be left on our voice mail or e-mailed to us. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional shipping charge. We will reach out to confirm shipping price.

Orders of $500 and over MUST be signed for on delivery.


We are planning to ship to Canada in the future, but are not yet ready at website launch. The recipient will be responsible for the shipping, plus all duties, taxes, and any import fees imposed. Please call us to find out if these procedures are in place, if you would like to place an order.
